Follow up should include
a certified letter of
a special assessment
of $408 on May 12th
and a notice of intent
to send to collection
by June 2nd.
A detailed review is
needed of how many orders
have been placed.

For the new gate house, discussions with Peter, the architect,
included:

Peter will meet
with the Coral Springs
Planning and Zoning
to review the plans

Demolition of
the old gate house is
estimated at $5k
o
Peter selects
the fine details of
tiles, windows, and
ornamental. A homeowner
will be consulted for
the final color selection.

The detailed
architectural design
will be held off until
given the go-ahead by
the BoD.
o
Landscaping design
will be by TopBranch.
o
The gate house
project cost is ball-parked
at $150-$200/squarefoot
for 10’ by 20’ plus
pavers, landscaping,
and gates.
o
Peter needs a
site survey.
o
The garbage was
proposed to be put underground
in the rear of the gatehouse.
o
HHE owes Peter
some portion of his
$6,200 fee.
o
Relocating the
gate house to the west
was proposed to allow
a more elegant, covered
entry.
o
The new gate
house was tabled for
three months until the
direction of the ’08
budget is clearer.

For the exposed homeowner’s sprinkler pump pipes, painting
was tabled for three
months.

For the uncertain future direction of the ’08 budget, 3 of
