Nineteen homeowners were present to volunteer these questions:

  1. Do quarterly assessments cover hurricane expenses
  2. What is signage for this money
  3. Already paid for clean up after the storm + $140 cleanup assessment
  4. Irrigation on Chardonnay is needed for the dead grass
  5. $3-5k on Chardonnay
  6. Approval for a new roof by HHE has taken 3+ weeks
  7. When to implement => after the next hurricane season
  8. Why were two trees removed from Chardonnay
  9. Remove coconut trees
  10. Are contractors available to get the job done
  11. Is our present signage covered by a grandfather clause
  12. Are light standard footings adequate
  13. How many estimates did we get
  14. Rebids to be higher or lower
  15. Quarterly assessment available for hurricane expenses
  16. Show the new plan to the homeowners
  17. General idea of the new look
  18. Vague plans and $s
  19. Capping total amount to HO’s to $936
  20. Landscaping $s for the entrance only
  21. Agree will all issues and BoD
  22. Plan for a more active hurricane season
  23. Fix instead of replace
  24. Irrigation system
  25. Money budgeted for hurricanes in the quarterly assessment
  26. What is the road reserve fund
  27. If HO doesn’t pay the assessment, who pay

A motion to continue the meeting was passed 5/5

 

A motion to assess $607 due July 1st 2006 was passed 5/5
