minutes of the May 10th meeting

all but 5 HO’s. These

The history of the proposal and bidding process was reviewed.

The overall landscaping design was reviewed.

5/5 approved awarding the contract to the Top Branch proposal
for approximately $40k. This is on plan to the
‘low’ estimate. The $5k architecture fee was
waived. $3300 credit for existing trees was
included. Excluded were: sod, berm,
irrigation, lighting, monument signs. The contractor
must agree to
move landscaping at no cost for the final approved
location for the HHE sign monuments

For irrigation of the new landscaping, bids are needed from
two specific contractors

For lighting, a bid is needed from the preferred contractor

For the monument signs, contractor meetings will convene next
week

For the gatehouse modifications, the monument contractor will

The guidelines for approval will include white or brown (bronze)
