for the next meeting

BoD agreed to meet regularly on the

definition of a commercial vehicle

vans with no windows except the front
three; pipe racks; trailers

the homeowner churches, a legal opinion
of possible options is needed For the Treasurer’s

$14k in legal fees were received from a homeowner

A motion to allow Jacques Nelson, Scott Matchunis, and Tom
Base to sign for the Amtrust HOA bank
account was approved 5/5. This will
allow correction of the $20k error
by BMPM

The special assessment for hurricane Wilma repair has been
completed to plan

The Treasurer will prepare a detailed report for the next BoD

For renovation of the guard house, a 2008 special assessment
of around $400 was proposed. Renderings
will be reviewed at the next BoD meeting

To bring mailboxes up to standard, a plan was proposed to require
all homeowners to replace their mailbox
with a new mailbox for around $400
in 4Q 2007. Two bids for the mailboxes
and a draft letter to homeowners were
requested from IPM by the next meeting

For the painting of the speed bumps, 5/5 approved $1900 for
painting with white crystal paint

For the front entrance information sign, $500 was proposed.
