of the front page, and adding HO business affiliations The Treasurer’s report

For the HHE landscaping, the maintenance company needs to:
replace the dead bushes around the fountain
with decorative stones; cut the Philodendron
out of the ficus hedges;
mulch along Wiles; straighten the trees along
SW Chardonnay.

For the front signage: the sign company that did the new Oakbrook
signs needs to be contacted; the aluminum sign
cost would be around $31k; the architect for
the sign, gatehouse and pergola is to get three
quotes

For the pavers in the guard parking area, quotes are needed
for replacement
̃
For the street signs: the old sign posts will be replaced with
new metal posts within the next few weeks. The
other signs will be changed to match Property Management
̃
The property management report included the status of violation
and follow ups

The next inspection will be October 30th New Business

For hurricane shutters on the guardhouse: this expense will
be tabled until next year

Tom Base, president and treasurer, gave his letter of resignation.

volunteered as a HO to continue to help with
the treasurers report, legal, and inspections
