Bill Shugerman of Benchmark Property Management chaired the HHE HOA meeting starting at 6:30pm. Since only six homeowners were present of the 173, Bill Shugerman declared that the 30% quorum requirement of HHE documents was not met. Therefore the annual meeting could not convene to elect the two directors whose terms expired. The existing board of directors will continue until a HHE homeowner quorum is represented to elect the two directors.

Þ An update on the status of front and community signage

Þ Landscaping around the new FPL pole on Chardonnay
